I am a qualified supervisor offering supervision to Counsellors and trainee Counsellors. I offer this remotely via telephone. My aim is to offer supervisees a safe space to explore their practice that facilitates professional growth and self-awareness. Time is allocated to this relationship on a regular basis for the sharing of ideas, development of skills and reviewing of client work. The object of this alliance is to enable the supervisee to gain ethical competency, confidence and creativity so as to give the best possible service to their clients. I underpin this by offering the core conditions, for not only what is not going so well in practice, but also supervisees successes.
