What is Counselling?
Counselling offers you a regular safe space to explore what’s on your mind. You can reflect on difficult experiences and feelings in an environment that is confidential and find new, better ways to handle challenging thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I can aid you in making connections between the past and present and support you in exploring how you respond to current life difficulties. I will respect your viewpoint while helping you to understand your feelings and behaviours. I work in a non-judgemental way, and believe the client is their own expert, knowing what hurts.

Counselling is a journey that can empower, challenge, and support you to heal. I will always work at your pace as I am committed to building a trusting therapeutic alliance to ensure you always feel heard, safe, and understood.

“As no one else can know how we perceive, we are the best experts on ourselves”
